What do I need to bring?

• The climate in Anaga (and Tenerife in general) can be very variable. Always carry water, sunscreen and lip balm, sunglasses, a hat, warm clothes and footwear suitable for hiking.
• For the wellness activity: a mat. If you don't have one, you can bring a towel. We also recommend warm clothing or a blanket to cover yourself during relaxation.

Policy modification & cancellation:

• If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible depending on the availability of the guide.
• 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the activity.
• Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the activity.
• If there were adverse weather conditions or unforeseeable force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the provider that prevent the proper delivery of the service, an alternative date will be proposed, or a full refund of 100% of the reservation amount will be provided.
• After 15 minutes of the agreed meeting time, the absence of the client will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, being this sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
