  • The activity can be led by Rut as the guide, or alternatively, by another guide who also adheres to the same high standards of quality.



What do I need to bring?

  • The weather in Tenerife can be very variable. Always carry water, sunscreen and lip balm, sunglasses, a hat, warm clothes and adequate hiking shoes.
  • Food is not included, but you can bring a snack if you like and we always recommend to bring plenty of water.

Policy modification & cancellation:

  • If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible depending on the availability of the guide.
  • 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 48 hours activity.
  • Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation within 48 hours prior to the activity.
  • If there were adverse weather conditions or unforeseeable force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the provider that prevent the proper delivery of the service, an alternative date will be proposed, or a full refund of 100% of the reservation amount will be provided.
  • Minimum 5 people to confirm a tour, if the minimum is not reached, the booking may be cancelled and an alternative date or refund will be offered.
  • After 15 minutes of the agreed meeting time, the absence of the client will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, being this sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
