• If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible with 24 hours notice depending on the availability of the company.
• 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity.
• Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity.
• In the event of unsuitable weather conditions, a low number of participants or force majeure beyond the service provider’s control that prevents the service from being provided as intended, a change of date will be proposed or 100% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• In the event of non-compliance with any of the restrictions, the company reserves the right to refuse admission, and no refund will be provided.
• Out of respect for others and to avoid delays in subsequent excursions, we kindly request punctuality and arriving in advance at the designated location. If the customer is absent after 5 minutes past the agreed departure time, it will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, and this will be sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
