  • Place: Puerto Colón, Pontoon 12. See our page FAQ for information about the Port.
  • Transport included from the south and north every day. Pick-up time and pick-up point will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays the pick up is extended to the area of El Médano, Golf del Sur, Costa Del Silencio and the area of Los Gigantes, Puerto Santiago, Playa la Arena, Callao Salvaje and Playa Paraíso.
  • If you don't need transport, you should arrive 30 minutes before departure at pontoon 12 in Puerto Colón.
  • The ship is accessible for manual wheelchairs, but the toilets are not adapted.
  • Safe tours: The boat is equipped with 4 life rafts, life jackets on board, fire extinguishers, fire pumps, as well as a first aid kit.
  • Food: appetizer (seasonal fruit) and lunch (suitable for coeliacs and vegetarians, please request when booking). Fresh drinks: beer, sangria, soft drinks, juices and water throughout the trip.
  • If you tend to get seasick or have never sailed before, it's not a good idea to have an empty stomach as it can worsen motion sickness. It's better to snack lightly beforehand and avoid consuming too many liquids. You can also inquire at any pharmacy about 'Biodramina with caffeine' or 'Cinfamar with caffeine.' What should I bring?

The weather in Tenerife, especially at sea, can be very variable. We recommend you to bring comfortable clothes, some warm clothes, swimsuit, towel, cap, high sun protection, sunglasses.

 

Policy modification & cancellation:

  • If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible with 24 hours notice depending on the availability of the company.
  • 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 24 hours activity.
  • Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity.
  • If there were adverse weather conditions or unforeseeable force majeure circumstances beyond the control of the provider that prevent the proper delivery of the service, an alternative date will be proposed, or a full refund of 100% of the reservation amount will be provided.
  • In the event of non-compliance with any of the restrictions, the company reserves the right to refuse admission, and no refund will be provided.
  • Out of respect for others and to avoid delays in subsequent excursions, we kindly request punctuality and arriving in advance at the designated location. If the customer is absent after 5 minutes past the agreed departure time, it will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, and this will be sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
