- The flight duration and take-off and landing zones depend on the weather conditions and may change.
- Transport Optional and not always available, we will confirm it to you. If you don’t need transportation, we will confirm the meeting time and meeting point.

What should I bring?
The weather in Tenerife can be very variable. Always carry water with you and wear comfortable sports clothes, closed sports shoes, long trousers and sunglasses. In winter it is advisable to wear warm clothes. OPEN SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED.
Policy modification & cancellation:
- If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible with 24 hours notice depending on the availability of the company.
- 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity.
- Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity.
- Paragliding flights are subject to wheather conditions. Before the flight, the company will keep you informed about the weather and the possibility of the flight. In the event of unfavourable conditions, the flight will be postponed. Safety is the priority and if there are strong winds that may affect the experience, you will be notified through a cancellation message by Whatsapp and you will be offered alternative dates. If the flight date cannot be changed, you will be refunded in full.
- If the client does not show up at the meeting point 15 minutes after the agreed departure time, this will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services. In such a case, the corresponding cancellation policy will apply.
- In the event that the participant decides to interrupt or abandon the activity prematurely, no refund will be made. In addition, if the pilot determines that the client is not in a suitable condition to fly and this may affect his/her safety, he/she reserves the right to cancel the flight without refund.
