• Transport: You can get to the port from anywhere in the south by taxi or bus. If you come by car, there is a paid car park in the port, arrive in advance (30/40 minutes in advance) to have time to find a parking space because the area is very busy.
• You should arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Food: organic snacks and drinks. No use of plastic. Vegan, food intolerance or allergy: please ask.
• If you tend to get seasick or have never sailed before, it's not a good idea to have an empty stomach as it can worsen motion sickness. It's better to snack lightly beforehand and avoid consuming too many liquids. You can also inquire at any pharmacy about 'Biodramina with caffeine' or 'Cinfamar with caffeine.' • The company requires a minimum of 4 passengers (adult price) to run the tours. In the event that the minimum quota is not filled on your tour, we will contact you in advance to offer you other options to change the date, or the option to cover the cost of 4 passengers and go out as a private tour at a reduced price.

What should I bring?

The weather in Tenerife, especially at sea, can be very variable. We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes, warm clothes, a hat, high sun protection and sunglasses.

Policy modification & cancellation:

• If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible with 24 hours notice depending on the availability of the company.
• 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 24 hours before the activity.
• Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation within 24 hours prior to the activity.
• If there is a case of unsuitable weather conditions or force majeure beyond the control of the service provider that prevents the correct provision of the service, we try to give you plenty of notice to avoid any unnecessary travel to the port. However, sometimes we have to cancel tours just before departure time. If the tour is cancelled, you will be able to rebook for another day, or we will refund your booking.
• In the event of non-compliance with any of the restrictions, the company reserves the right to refuse admission, and no refund will be provided.
• Out of respect for others and to avoid delays in subsequent excursions, we kindly request punctuality and arriving in advance at the designated location. If the customer is absent after 5 minutes past the agreed departure time, it will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, and this will be sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
