- Before booking the experience, please let us know if you have any allergies, particular conditions or physical limitations.
What should I bring?
- The weather in Tenerife can be very variable. Always carry plenty of water, sunscreen and lip balm, sunglasses, a hat, warm clothes and suitable walking shoes.
- You can also bring a snack or sandwich.
Policy modification & cancellation:
- If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible depending on the guide's availability.
- Cancellation up to 48h before the service, reimbursement of 100% of the amount.
- Cancellation within the last 48 hours or no-show, no refund will be given.
- If there is a case of force majeure beyond the control of the service provider or if weather conditions prevent the correct provision of the service, a change of date will be proposed or 100% of the total amount of the booking will be refunded.
- Destination: The guide assures a particular activity, but does not guarantee a specific route or destination. Weather conditions, unforeseen events and route closures may affect plans. In the event of a change, an alternative route or destination will be offered. No refund will be given if the alternative offered is refused.
- After 15 minutes of the agreed meeting time, the absence of the client will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, being this sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
- In the event that the participant decides to interrupt or leave the activity prematurely, no refund will be made. Furthermore, if the guide determines that the client is not in a suitable condition for the excursion and this may affect his/her safety, he reserves the right to refuse admission to the activity without the right to a refund.
