- Minimum 2 participants per booking (or one participant paying the price of 2).
- Transport ALL OVER THE ISLAND, also for cruise passengers, near the cruise terminal. Pick-up time is confirmed after booking.
- Are you coming with your children? On normal tours, they don't pay until they are 12 years old. On special tours with visits or other experiences, they pay less, ask for prices.
- We can organize a stop at a local restaurant during the tour (restaurant charges are not included and are payable directly at the establishment).
- This activity must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Last minute plan? Call us at +34641949732 and you might be able to get a place!

What should I bring?
- The weather in Tenerife can be very variable. Always carry water, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, warm clothes and suitable walking shoes.
Policy modification & cancellation:
- If you want to modify the date of the activity, changes are possible depending on the availability of the service provider.
- 100% refund of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the activity.
- Penalty of 100% of the total amount of the booking in case of cancellation during the 48 hours prior to the activity.
- If there is a case of force majeure beyond the control of the service provider or if weather conditions prevent the correct provision of the service, a change of date will be proposed or 100% of the total amount of the booking will be refunded.
- After 15 minutes of the agreed meeting time, the absence of the client will be considered as a cancellation of the contracted services, being this sufficient reason to apply the corresponding cancellation policy.
